Order Processing

  • We ship from Northern California, United States

  • We process orders within 1-10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Any listings indicating 'pre-order' may take up to 4 weeks to ship.

  • Successfully placed orders will receive an e-mail confirmation with the order details. If you do not receive an e-mail, please check your spam filter or contact us for confirmation.

  • If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact us immediately at . We will not be able to make changes to your order after it has shipped.

  • Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct address including the unit number. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that you provide.


Shipping Costs

  • Standard shipping cost is $3.50 for orders less than $40.

  • We offer free U.S. domestic shipping for orders over $40.


Delivery Standards

  • Domestic shipping takes up to 9 business days.

  • International shipping takes approximately 3-8 weeks.

  • Shipping time does not include processing time.

  • We are not responsible for lost of packages and shipping carrier delays.


Return & Refund & Exchange

  • All sales are final.

  • We do not offer returns or exchanges due to the nature of our products. We are more than happy to refund or replace any manufacturing defects.
